1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RooferApp (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
RooferApp provides aerial roof measurement reports, CRM software, lead-capture widgets, and related tools for roofing contractors in the United States and Canada.
3. Subscription terms
Subscription plans are billed monthly. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@rooferapp.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Per-report charges
Roof measurement reports are billed per order at the rate listed on your subscription tier (or PAYG rate if you are not subscribed). Reports ordered in error may be refunded at our discretion if requested within 24 hours of order and before delivery.
5. Turnaround
White-glove report turnaround is “as low as 2 hours” on Shop and Commercial subscriptions and “as low as 3 hours” on Solo and Crew subscriptions. Actual turnaround varies by report complexity and time of submission. Overnight submissions (approximately 11 PM – 6 AM local time) take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees. No SLA is offered or implied.
6. Specialty roofs
Igloos, irregular geometry, multi-level commercial, and other complex roofs are quoted custom and not subject to the standard PAYG or subscription per-report rates.
7. Acceptable use
You may not (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) resell raw report data without contractor branding, (c) use the Service for fraudulent insurance claims, or (d) violate any applicable law in your use of the Service.
8. Intellectual property
RooferApp retains all rights to the Service, software, branding, and proprietary methods. Reports delivered to you are yours to use commercially, including for insurance documentation.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. RooferApp’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
