What's the difference between PAYG and subscription pricing?
PAYG (Pay As You Go) lets you order one-off reports without a subscription — $20 for residential under 50 squares, $40 for 50–100 sq. Commercial roofs are double residential. Subscribers pay a monthly fee and get a much lower per-report rate ($10–$18 depending on tier) plus CRM, lead widget, and faster turnaround.
What's the turnaround time?
White-glove report turnaround is as low as 2 hours on Shop and Commercial subscriptions, and as low as 3 hours on Solo and Crew. Actual turnaround varies by complexity and time of day. Overnight submissions take longer. These are estimates — we don't make SLA promises.
What about specialty or complex roofs?
Igloos, irregular geometry, multi-level commercial, and other complex roofs are quoted custom based on the work involved. Email sales@rooferapp.com with the address and we'll send a quote.
Are there per-seat fees?
No. Every plan has a fixed seat count included in the monthly price. Solo: 1, Crew: 3, Shop: 5, Commercial: 10. No hidden per-seat charges.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Changes prorate to the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days free on every subscription tier. No credit card required to start. Cancel any time during the trial at no charge.
Do you serve Canada?
Yes — RooferApp serves contractors across all 50 US states and all 10 Canadian provinces. All measurements use imperial units (feet, squares).
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account for 30 days after cancellation, downloadable as CSV at any time. After 30 days the account and data are permanently deleted.
