Squares Report
“Simply Squares” is a report crafted for estimating roof size, featuring an outlined image of the roof, the total square count, and the predominant pitch. This report is usually delivered within two hours of ordering and can cover up to two roof structures of a single-family home. Residential or Commercial properties cost the same.
3D Roof or Siding Reports
The '3D Roof Report,' or 'Siding Report,' generates 3D models of roofs using aerial imagery or blueprints, resulting in a comprehensive PDF report. This detailed document includes information on roof or wall facets, pitches, ridges/hips, valleys, rakes, eaves, flashing, step flashing, drip edges/perimeters, and also features a waste chart, among other aspects. Measurements cover all structures on a parcel unless otherwise specified during the ordering process.
